Sacred Heart BINGO BASH
Saturdays BINGO BASH was a great success!!!!!! Thanks to all the Players, Volunteers and a special shout out to the Knights of Columbus for helping out in the kitchen and serving lunch. Also there generous donation of prizes. The fantastic support from our sponsors for the wonderful gift certificates is greatly appreciated. That’s Amore, Barracuda’s ,The Garlic, Blackbeards, Aunt Catfish, Baci Pizza, Big B Liquors, Breakers, Sand Bar Café, The Wall, Debs Clip & Curl, Big Joes Subs, Beef O Brady’s , Shannon’s on the Beach, Solar Nails, Stavro’s Pizza, Pan Heads Pizza.
Without the support of people like you it would be more difficult for Sacred Heart Parish to continue to support our community which we all treasure.
Reconciliation Opportunity – Friday March 4, 2016
Bishop Noonan has asked all parishes to offer extended hours this day to hear confessions.
At Sacred Heart we will hear confessions:
7:30am-8:30am, 10:00am-11:00am & 6:30-8:00pm
At St. Gerard we will hear confessions :
9:30am-11:30 & 2:00pm-3:00pm
This is our ONLY Parish Penance Service during Lent.

Sacred Heart – Confirmation News!
Confirmation was January 25, 2016 At 7:00pm Bishop Noonan was here to confirm the 36 young men and women who will grow strong in the Holy Spirit and enrich the Church with gifts of his grace. The Photos were taken by Murphy Fodera Photography.
Also recently Trinity Swanson & Theresa Palmer were confirmed by Bishop Noonan. Both are past students of Sacred Heart School and Altar Servers at St. Gerard Mission.
Divine Mercy Enthronement with the Mulcahy’s & Mrs. Joan Mc. Grail
A large group of parishioners gathered to pray the Divine Mercy chaplet & Holy Rosary for Mrs. Mc. Grail & the Mulcahy family.
Fr. Aldrin led the prayers with the help of the Junior Legion of Mary. Fr. Aldrin had us all singing and Br. Frank prayed Grace as we shared a very delicious meal together.
The Beck family is keeping their Pilgrim Virgin Statue a bit longer, they have been moved by the Intercession of our Blessed Mother to their answered prayers.

Legion of Mary OLPH Rosary Classes
The Legion of Mary OLPH finished there classes to teach the art of cord Rosary making. All of the rosaries are given to the sick at hospitals and are free at the various entrances of Church and at the Religious Gift Store. If you are interested in learning the art of Rosary Making Please call Melanie at 402-4434 for further information.
